We provide computer repair, maintenance, and related services as requested by you.

1.2 No Guaranteed Outcomes
While we aim to resolve issues to your satisfaction, we do not guarantee that our services will fix all issues or prevent future problems.

1.3 Diagnostic Fees
A diagnostic fee may apply to assess your device. This fee is non-refundable and will be disclosed before services begin.


 

2. Customer Responsibilities

2.1 Data Backup
You are responsible for backing up all data on your device before providing it to us. We are not liable for data loss or corruption.

2.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate details about the issues, device condition, and prior repair attempts.

2.3 Authorization
By submitting your device for repair, you authorize us to perform necessary actions, including opening the device and installing software or hardware components.


 

3. Payments and Fees

3.1 Pricing
Service fees will be provided upfront where possible. Additional costs may be incurred for unforeseen issues or required parts, and we will notify you for approval before proceeding.

3.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion. Accepted payment methods include [list payment methods, e.g., cash, credit cards, etc.].

3.3 Unclaimed Devices
Devices not claimed within 30 days of repair completion or notification will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of or resell such devices to recover costs.

6. Confidentiality

We will take reasonable steps to protect your personal data. However, we may access data stored on your device to perform services, and by engaging our services, you consent to such access.

6.2 Non-Disclosure
We will not intentionally disclose your data to third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.


 

7. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are offered at our discretion, typically only if services are not delivered as agreed. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.

7.2 Parts Returns
Parts purchased for repairs are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and may not be eligible for a refund.
