Fees and Payment

• The call-out fee ($80) is non-refundable in the event of appointment cancellation in less than 2 hours.
• The service fee is $50 per 30-minute.
• No refunds will be issued for services successfully rendered

Service Limitations

• We do not guarantee that all issues will be resolved and maybe parts replacement is required.
• Our technician will offer the best available solutions and the customer can accept or reject the solution.
• Some repairs may require third-party service providers.
• We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during service.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about the issue.
• Back up all important data before service begins.
• Ensure legal ownership of the device being serviced.

Warranty and Liability

• We offer a limited warranty for specific services as detailed in our warranty policy.
• We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from our services.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, abusive or unacceptable behavior towards the technicians, or failure to comply with our terms.
